Where do your trips start from?
Every trip starts at your riad or hotel in Marrakech — pickup is free. If your riad is on a lane cars cannot enter, we meet you at the nearest gate or square and send the exact spot on WhatsApp the evening before.
How much do your tours cost?
Prices start from €15 per person for an airport transfer, €25–€45 for city tours and short activities, €32–€40 for full-day excursions, €90 for the Zagora overnight and €165 for the private 3-day Merzouga journey. Every price is listed on the tours page, and private quotes are sent in writing.
Do I need to pay online to book?
No. You reserve by WhatsApp (+212 606-957514) or the form on each trip page, we confirm within a few hours, and you pay on the day in cash (dirhams or euros) or by card. For multi-day private trips we may ask for a small deposit, always agreed in writing first.
Can I cancel or change my date?
Yes. Day trips and activities can be cancelled free up to 24 hours before; desert and multi-day trips up to 7 days before. If weather cancels a balloon flight or closes a mountain road, we move you to another date or refund you in full.
Are private tours much more expensive?
Less than most people think. A private car with driver for up to 4 people is often only 30–60% more per person than a shared seat, and you choose the timing and stops. Read our guide to private drivers for typical costs.
Is Marrakech a good base for families?
Yes — distances are short and many trips suit children: camel rides in the Palmeraie, the Lalla Takerkoust lake day, gardens and a gentle Agafay evening. Children under 12 pay 50% on shared trips and we fit child seats on request. See Marrakech with kids.
